Industrial boiler is a common energy consumption equipment in large-scale industrial production,the annual consumption of raw coal accounts for about 1/3 of the total annual output,emissions a lot of carbon dioxide,sulfur dioxide,etc.,not only cause environmental pollu-tion and its combustion process generated by the flue gas contains rich heat,but the traditional boiler system in this part of the flue gas waste heat is often directly discharged into the atmosphere.Resulting in the waste of energy and environmental pollution.With the increasing energy and environmental problems,industrial boiler combustion flue gas waste heat recovery has received wide attention.The development of science and technology has provided the possibility of waste heat recovery of industrial boiler combustion flue gas.Based on the analysis of the current situation of industrial boiler combustion flue gas utilization,it introduces the characteristics of industrial boiler combustion flue gas and energy distribution,discusses the more common industrial boiler combustion flue gas waste heat recovery technology,and analyzes its economic as well as environmental benefits to improve energy utilization efficiency,reduce emissions,lower energy costs,and promote sustainable develop-ment and green production.
