伴随新时代的飞速发展,构建与绿色发展相协调的环境管理成为人们持续关注的焦点之一,在此过程中危废处理是其中的一个重要环节.危险固体废物的来源广泛,成分复杂,类型众多.危废会对环境产生较深的不良影响,而且也会严重威胁人们的身心健康.由于我国制造业发展迅猛,当前存在着很大的工业危险固体废弃物处理压力.随着危废的产量逐年提升,急需探究相关解决办法,现代危险固体废物处置技术大致包括了物理技术、化工技术和生态技术等.危废的无害化、减量化、资源化,有利于世界的可持续发展,而焚烧危废产生的烟气中含有大量余热资源,有一定的回收价值.通过对危废处理中的高温烟气研究分析,利用锅炉系统对烟气进行余热回收,综合利用.
Discussion for Design of Waste Heat Boiler in Hazardous Waste Treatment
With the rapid development of the new era,constructing environmental management coordinated with green development has become one of the focus of people's continuous attention.In the process,hazardous waste treatment is one of the important parts.Dangerous solid waste has a wide range of sources,complex components,and many types.Dangerous waste will have a deep adverse effect on the environ-ment,and it will also seriously threaten people's physical and mental health.Due to the rapid development of my country's manufacturing in-dustry,there are currently a large industrial hazardous solid waste treatment pressure.As the output of hazardous waste has been increased year by year,it is urgent to explore related solutions.Modem hazardous solid waste disposal technology roughly includes physical technology,chemical technology and ecological technology.The harmlessness,reduction and resource utilization for hazardous waste are beneficial to the sustainable development of the world,and the flue gas generated by the incineration of hazardous waste contains a large amount of waste heat resources,which has a certain recovery value.Through the research and analysis of high temperature flue gas in hazardous waste treatment,the boiler system is used to recover waste heat of flue gas and comprehensively utilize it.
