为提高电炉厂区工程施工成本控制的效率和质量,展开电炉厂区工程施工成本控制难点及解决措施分析研究.首先,分析了电炉厂区工程施工的5大特点,即成本核算工作复杂、成本预算工作复杂、建筑材料组成复杂、施工质量管理流程复杂、施工组织流程复杂.其次,结合施工特点指出了电炉厂区工程施工成本控制的难点.最后,在此基础上,提出了各难点相应的解决措施,包括做好成本核算工作、优化成本预算工作、重点控制材料成本、建立现代化施工质量管理体系、优化施工组织方式等,以有效地掌握项目的成本情况,使成本控制更具针对性和灵活性,达到提高电炉厂区工程施工成本控制的效率和质量的目的.以期通过本文研究,推动电炉厂区工程施工成本控制相关理论的进一步发展.
Analysis of Difficulties and Solutions in Cost Control of Electric Furnace Factory Construction
To improve the efficiency and quality of cost control in the construction of electric furnace plant areas,an analysis and research on the difficulties and solutions of cost control in the construction of electric furnace plant areas will be carried out.Firstly,the five major charac-teristics of construction in the electric furnace factory area were analyzed,namely complex cost accounting,complex cost budgeting,complex composition of building materials,complex construction quality management process,and complex construction organization process.Second-ly,based on the construction characteristics,the difficulties in controlling the construction cost of the electric furnace factory area project were pointed out.Finally,based on this,corresponding solutions for each difficulty were proposed,including doing a good job in cost accounting,optimizing cost budgeting,focusing on controlling material costs,establishing a modern construction quality management system,optimizing construction organization methods,etc.,in order to effectively grasp the cost situation of the project,make cost control more targeted and flex-ible,and achieve the goal of improving the efficiency and quality of construction cost control in the electric furnace factory area.In order to further develop the theory of cost control in the construction of electric furnace plant engineering through this study.
