Simulation of Temperature Control of Resistance Furnace Based on PID
Resistance furnace is one of the important heating equipment in industrial production such as melting metal,glass molding and ce-ramic manufacturing.It mainly uses current to heat the electric heating element in the furnace.In the industrial background,the accurate con-trol of the temperature of the resistance furnace is crucial to the stability of the production process and product quality.If the temperature con-trol is not precise enough,it may lead to material deterioration,energy waste and production delays,resulting in certain economic losses.In order to optimize these processes and ensure product quality,precise temperature control is essential.Based on the analysis of the basic princi-ple and characteristics of PID controller,it discusses the design of temperature control system of resistance furnace based on PID,and simu-lates the temperature control code of resistance furnace through powerful tools and simulation environment of Matlab,which can help further understand and improve the temperature control system of resistance furnace,so as to make the temperature control of resistance furnace more accurate.To meet the changing industrial needs,produce higher quality industrial products,and promote the modernization of the manufactur-ing industry.
