Research and Improvement of Intelligent Control Algorithm for Boiler Drum Water Level
As an important source of power in industrial production,boilers play a crucial role in the development of the national economy.This study aims to solve the problems in boiler drum water level control.By analyzing the dynamic characteristics,an intelligent control meth-od based on improved genetic algorithm and PID control is proposed.By optimizing PID parameters,intelligent control of steam drum water level is achieved.Firstly,the characteristics of the boiler drum water level control system were analyzed.Then,an improved genetic algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of the PID controller to adapt to dynamic changes.Finally,the effectiveness of this method was verified through extensive simulation evaluation and comparative analysis.The experimental results show that compared with traditional PID control,the improved genetic algorithm optimized intelligent controller exhibits significant advantages in improving control accuracy and stability.Fur-ther research can explore the combination of other intelligent optimization algorithms and PID control to further improve the performance and stability of boiler drum water level control.
