Study on the Coking and High Temperature Corrosion of the Water Cooling Wall on the Side Wall of a Power Plant Boiler with Burner Opposite Arrangement
In the case of shortage of natural resources, the coal price also shows a rising trend, leading to the continuous increase of operating costs ofthermal fuel power station. In this situation, most power plants reduce operating costs by purchasing inferior coal and blending coal slurry, but there are problems with coking and high-temperature corrosion of boiler water walls.Based on this situation,it takes the boiler of a power plant as an example to analyze the causes of coking and high-temperature corrosion on the side wall water-cooled wall.Secondly, the mechanism of boiler coking and high-temperature corrosion is analyzed using X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).Finally, corresponding solutions are proposed.By analyzing the application effect of the equipment renovation,it was found that the situation of boiler coking and high-temperature corrosion has been effectively alleviated, achieving the expected effect and improving the eco-nomic and social benefits of the enterprise to a certain extent.
