摘要

影响蓄热式高炉燃烧碳排放的因素较多,如果不能同时对多种因素进行分析,会严重降低碳排放峰值的预测精度,因此提出电厂蓄热式高炉燃烧碳排放峰值预测方法.根据蓄热式高炉的工作原理,结合质量守恒与能量守恒方程,分析蓄热式高炉运行过程中的炉内能量转化情况.按照高炉内二氧化碳的不同排放方式,计算电厂蓄热式高炉燃烧碳排放量.引入LMDI方法,分析影响电厂蓄热式高炉碳排放的因素,并将影响因素分析结果输入LSTM网络中,通过LSTM网络内循环单元对数据的多层处理,实现燃烧碳排放峰值的预测.实验表明,所研究方法能够实现电厂高炉燃烧碳排放峰值的精准预测,具有较高的实际应用可靠性.

Abstract

There are many factors that affect the carbon emissions from the combustion of regenerative blast furnaces.If multiple factors cannot be analyzed simultaneously,it will seriously reduce the prediction accuracy of the peak carbon emissions.Therefore,a prediction method for the peak carbon emissions from the combustion of regenerative blast furnaces in power plants is proposed.Based on the working principle of a regenerative blast furnace,combined with the equations of mass and energy conservation,the energy conversion inside the furnace during the operation of the regenerative blast furnace is analyzed.It calculates the carbon emissions from the combustion of thermal storage blast furnaces in power plants based on the different emission methods of carbon dioxide in the blast furnace and introduces the LMDI method to analyze the factors that affect the carbon emissions of thermal storage blast furnaces in power plants,and input the analysis results of the influencing factors into the LSTM network.Through multi-layer processing of the data by the internal circulation units of the LSTM network,the prediction of peak combustion carbon emissions is achieved.The experiment shows that the research method can accurately predict the peak carbon emis-sions from blast furnace combustion in power plants,and has high practical application reliability.
