Medium Frequency Induction Heating Design of Carbon Fiber Drying Container
In the process of degluing and recycling of viscose based carbon fiber, carbon fiber needs to be dried and heated and ground into powder,so there will be carbon fiber dust in the whole working environment, which is easy to explode when encountering open fire.Medium frequency induction heating technology is proposed to replace the traditional open fire heating for drying and heating carbon fiber.Firstly, the power and current required for heating the 310S stainless steel cylinder container are calculated.According to the calculated data, the finite element software COMSOL Multiphysics was used to simulate the heating of the cylinder container, and the feasibility and accuracy of the cal-culation results of applying the medium frequency induction heating technology to the heating process of viscose based carbon fiber degluing were verified. Then the internal resonant capacitance of the power supply is matched with the transformer and other components. After the power supply assembly is completed,it is verified according to the actual application. The experimental results show that the medium frequen-cy induction heating technology can meet the drying heating of viscose carbon fiber, and compared with the traditional heating method, the me-dium frequency induction heating technology is more safe and efficient in the carbon fiber heating process.
