Application of Wild Horse Algorithm Optimized PID Controller in Coke Coal Expansion Pressure Measurement Device
It explores the application of the Wild Horse Optimizer(WHO)in optimizing the PID controller parameters of a coke coal expansion pressure measurement device.Accurate measurement of coke coal expansion pressure is crucial for controlling the quality of coke and optimi-zing the coking process.The research begins with a detailed description of the control system of the coal expansion pressure measurement de-vice,including its structure,working principle,integrated sensors,and the programmable logic controller(PLC).Subsequently,the imple-mentation process of the WHO algorithm is introduced,encompassing the initialization of the wild horse population,performance evaluation,PID parameter updates based on WHO rules,and the iterative optimization process.Experimental results indicate that the WHO-optimized PID controller surpasses traditional methods in terms of temperature control precision,system response speed,and stability.Particularly in handling nonlinear and complex thermal decomposition processes,the optimized controller effectively copes with temperature variations,ensu-ring accurate measurement of expansion pressure.This improvement significantly enhances the performance of the coke coal expansion pressure measurement device,providing crucial technical support for precise control of coke quality and optimization of the coking process.
