The air preheater used in industrial boilers can be roughly divided into tubular and rotary two types,of which the rotary air preheater mainly transfers heat through regeneration,the flue gas and air alternately flow through the heating surface,when the flue gas flows,the heat is transferred from the flue gas to the heating surface,the heating surface temperature rises,and the heat is stored,when the air flows again,the heating surface will save the heat to the air.The rotary air preheater has the advantages of light weight,flexible arrangement and high heat transfer surface density.If the air preheater is blocked,the sound of the induced draft fan will become louder,the wind temperature will grad-ually decrease,and the smoke outlet temperature will gradually increase,which is easy to cause the boiler to stall.With the continuous im-provement and innovation of technology,the anti-blocking and efficiency improvement of rotary air preheater of industrial coal-fired boiler has become more comprehensive and diversified.It comprehensively analyzes the basic principle and structure of coal-fired boilers,discusses the application role of rotary air preheater in coal-fired boilers,analyzes the blockage problem of air preheater and its adverse impact on boiler op-eration,introduces the existing anti-blockage and efficiency technology,and makes prospects for the future.Contribute more to the clean and efficient operation of industrial coal-fired boilers and environmental protection.
