Overcurrent Protection Control of Low-voltage Intelligent Circuit Breaker Under Frequency Fluctuations in the Power Grid of Variable Frequency Induction Heating Furnace
Frequency fluctuations in the power grid can cause changes in the current waveform in a short period of time,thereby affecting the response speed of overcurrent protection control.In order to ensure the stability and reliability of low-voltage intelligent circuit breaker overcur-rent protection control under frequency fluctuations in the power grid,and improve the protection performance of the variable frequency induc-tion heating furnace power system,a low-voltage intelligent circuit breaker overcurrent protection control method is proposed for variable fre-quency induction heating furnace power grid frequency fluctuations.PCL-818L data acquisition card is used to collect voltage and current sig-nals in the power supply system of variable frequency induction heating furnace;By using reinforcement learning Q-Learning algorithm,elimi-nate grid frequency fluctuations in signals and improve the stability of circuit breakers;Adopting a three-stage current protection method that introduces a sliding time window,the overcurrent protection control of low-voltage intelligent circuit breakers is achieved.The experimental re-sults show that the proposed method can improve the accuracy,efficiency,and stability of circuit breaker overcurrent protection control while effectively eliminating the interference of power grid frequency fluctuations.
