The Practical Research on Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement in High-temperature Measurement
It aims to study key strategies for cost reduction and efficiency enhancement in high-temperature measurement processes:focusing on TUS optimizing,managing thermocouple usage to reduce costs,and efficiently handling measurement process data.In the exploration of these strategies,the furnace top perforation-guided temperature measurement method,thermocouple repair techniques,as well as the Fine re-port data analysis and display module,have emerged as crucial means to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement in high-tempera-ture measurement processes.The perforation-guided temperature measurement method is convenient to operate,not only enhancing tempera-ture measurement efficiency but also improving stability and accuracy during the process.Additionally,for thermocouple usage,a repair and trimming technique has been developed,increasing thermocouple recycling rates and reducing thermocouple usage costs.Regarding data pro-cessing,the application of the Fine report data reporting module demonstrates its advantages in efficient data handling.Through this platform,production data can be presented more intuitively and clearly,providing advanced analytical capabilities.Through verification using real pro-duction cases,these optimization measures significantly increased production efficiency and reduced costs.Importantly,the implementation of these strategies holds significant importance for the sustainable development and competitive enhancement of the metallurgical industry.
