Design of Starting Control System for Blast Furnace Electrical Equipment Based on Fuzzy PID
The main function of starting control for blast furnace electrical equipment is to control the start,stop,and operation status of blast furnace electrical equipment,in order to ensure the normal,safe,and efficient operation of the blast furnace.By starting control,the loss and failure rate of blast furnace electrical equipment can be reduced,the service life of blast furnace electrical equipment can be extended,and the production efficiency and operational stability of the blast furnace can be improved.At the same time,startup control can also achieve monito-ring and management of blast furnace electrical equipment,timely detection and handling of equipment faults,ensuring the safety and reliabili-ty of the blast furnace.Design a start-up control system for blast furnace electrical equipment based on fuzzy PID.Using a microcontroller as the core,design hardware structures for reset,clock,and interface circuits;Clarify the relationship between fuzzy PID parameters and devia-tion derivatives,establish a fuzzy parameter self-tuning control structure,achieve control of the start-up process parameters of blast furnace e-lectrical equipment,and complete the software structure design based on the main program,subroutine,and interrupt program.The experi-ment shows that the control accuracy of this system is higher and the overshoot is smaller,resulting in smaller control errors.This system can be used to control blast furnace electrical equipment and promote industrial blast furnace production.
