Multivariable Control Technology for Boiler Combustion Process Based on Real-time Coal Quality Data Fusion
The boiler combustion process has the characteristics of large lag,multivariable,and other disturbance factors,and the control process has hysteresis problems.Therefore,a multivariable control technology for the boiler combustion process is designed based on real-time coal quality data fusion.Collect various types of incoming coal quality data,apply electrostatic sensors to collect static signal strength data in the primary air duct,collect coal quantity data at the outlet of the coal mill through weighing sensors,collect air volume data at the outlet of the coal mill through air volume sensor KGF2,and collect temperature data at the outlet of the coal mill through temperature sensor pt100.In-tegrate and process four real-time coal quality data,design a multivariable decoupling controller for boiler combustion,and achieve multivari-able control of the boiler combustion process.The test results show that this method can quickly achieve stable control of flue gas oxygen con-tent,furnace pressure,and main steam pressure,and the boiler has a higher flue gas oxygen content.
