Step Heating Furnace Computer Control System Design
With the rapid development of industrial technology,heat treatment of metal materials plays an important role in the manufacturing industry.The heat treatment process has a decisive influence on the organizational structure and performance of the material,which directly af-fects the quality and performance of the product.Step heating furnace is a kind of continuous heating furnace by the bottom of the furnace or water-cooled metal beam rising,advancing,falling,retreating and other actions to move the billet forward,relying on the stepping mecha-nism,according to a certain track movement,so that the steel material in the furnace step by step forward.The stepping type heating furnace has the advantages of non-arch steel,non-stick steel,less decarburization,short heating time,and high degree of automation.With the con-tinuous progress of science and technology and the continuous development of industrial automation,the application of computer control system in step heating furnace has become a reality.It focuses on the design of the computer control system of the stepping heating furnace,from the aspects of equipment structure and working principle,operation challenges,parameter self-tuning technology,remote monitoring and cloud platform construction.To provide more accurate,stable and efficient temperature control solutions for industrial production.
