基于权重因子自校正算法的锅炉排烟温度控制

常规的锅炉排烟温度控制,主要采用工况参数控制温升参数,忽略了外环境温度对温度值的扰动,导致控制结果平均热容流率较高.因此,提出基于权重因子自校正算法的锅炉排烟温度控制方法.根据锅炉烟气的传热系数解析其排烟温度动态特性,基于排烟温度最大值构建权重因子自校正算法,代入导热时差、外环境温度以及热传导阻滞权重因子修正温度扰动值,定义PLC程序逻辑,实现锅炉排烟温度的控制.实验结果表明:所提方法应用后得出的控制结果,表现出的平均热容流率较低,控制的排烟温度稳定性较高,满足了锅炉燃烧排烟性能的控制需求.
Boiler Exhaust Temperature Control Based on Weight Factor Self-correction Algorithm
The conventional control of boiler exhaust gas temperature mainly uses operating condition parameters to control temperature rise pa-rameters,ignoring the disturbance of external environmental temperature on temperature values,resulting in higher average heat capacity and flow rate in the control results.Therefore,a PLC control method for boiler exhaust gas temperature based on weight factor self correction algo-rithm is proposed.Based on the heat transfer coefficient of boiler flue gas,the dynamic characteristics of its exhaust gas temperature are ana-lyzed.A weight factor self correction algorithm is constructed based on the maximum exhaust gas temperature.The temperature disturbance value is corrected by substituting the thermal conduction time difference,external environmental temperature,and heat conduction blockage weight factor.The PLC program logic is defined to achieve the control of boiler exhaust gas temperature.The experimental results show that the control results obtained after the application of the proposed method exhibit a lower average heat capacity flow rate,higher stability of the controlled exhaust gas temperature,and meet the control requirements for boiler combustion exhaust gas performance.
