Research on Power Factor Composite Modulation of Intelligent Power Supply System for Coal Mine Industrial Hot Air Stove
Due to the practical application,the intelligent power supply system of coal mine industrial hot blast stove has the problems of low power factor and large harmonic disturbance.To this end,a high-frequency start stop intelligent power supply system for industrial hot blast furnaces in coal mines is proposed with a power factor composite modulation method.Use the mathematical model of the rectifier to calculate the steady-state voltage on the DC side,and establish a power factor modulation signal quality function to calculate the active and reactive pow-er under high-frequency start stop conditions.Obtain the power factor composite modulation feedback quantity,compare this feedback quantity with the power under stable state of the power supply system,input the difference into the PI regulator,control the high-frequency start stop e-quipment current,and achieve the power factor composite modulation of the intelligent power supply system for the coal mine industrial hot blast stove.The experimental results show that the calculation of steady-state voltage values for the intelligent power supply system of coal mine industrial hot blast furnaces is relatively accurate,effectively achieving high-frequency start and stop of the power factor composite modulation of the intelligent power supply system of coal mine industrial hot blast furnaces.The application effect is significant,providing strong support for power factor compensation and voltage stability issues in power system engineering.
