Design of Billet Position Control System for Roller Bottom Heating Furnace
At present,the design and optimization of billet position control system has become one of the focuses of current research.With the continuous progress of science and technology,control system technology has been widely used in industrial production.By precisely control-ling the position of the billet,a more uniform and efficient heating process can be achieved,thereby improving product quality,reducing ener-gy consumption and reducing environmental impact.Therefore,the design of billet position control system for roller bottom reheating furnace is introduced,aiming at improving the heating efficiency and quality control of billet.The system enables high precision billet position control to ensure the uniform distribution of position and temperature of each billet in the heating furnace.In addition,the system has functions such as intelligent control strategy and data acquisition to monitor the position and temperature of the billet in real time,providing important informa-tion for the optimization of the production process,and is expected to play a key role in the future steel production to achieve the improvement of production efficiency and the realization of industrial sustainability.
