Research on Gear Mechanical Transmission Parameter Control of Industrial Heating Furnace Cooling Fan
Unreasonable airflow from the cooling fan can lead to problems such as coking,explosion,and extinguishing in industrial heating furnaces,posing a serious threat to the safety of furnace operation.Therefore,research is conducted on the mechanical transmission parameter control of the gear of the industrial heating furnace cooling fan.Establish a mathematical relationship for measuring the temperature of the heat-ing furnace through sound waves,calculate the gas temperature inside the furnace,predict the future temperature of the heating furnace using dynamic matrices and step response functions,and clarify the transfer function of gear mechanical transmission through PI control.In order to ensure that the gear poles move to the target space position,a pole configuration method is introduced,and the feedback gain matrix of gear parameter control is determined based on the terminal value theorem.With the help of state monitoring functions The error function determines the optimal control parameters for gear transmission.Based on this parameter,the gear speed of the heat dissipation fan is adjusted to transmit the air volume into the heating furnace,ensuring stable heat dissipation in the furnace.The experimental results show that the proposed meth-od has a small error in controlling the gear speed of the cooling fan,which can effectively ensure the stability of the heating furnace operation.
