摘要

蓄热式加热炉在操作和控制方面面临挑战.传统的加热炉操作通常依赖于人工干预,存在操作不稳定、效率低下和事故风险较高等问题.智能控制系统的应用是现代工业自动化的趋势之一.为应对挑战,研究人员开始寻求智能控制系统应用以提高蓄热式加热炉的性能、安全性和效率.智能化控制系统能够实时监测炉炉状态、自动调整操作参数、识别潜在故障并采取相应措施,提高系统的自适应性和稳定性.因此,对蓄热式加热炉智能控制系统的仿真研究成为促进工业生产效率和质量的重要一环.系统评估了蓄热式加热炉的工作原理以及控制难点,探讨加热炉优化控制原理与实现方法,最后介绍了加热炉智能化控制系统方案,帮助工程师和研究人员在实际应用之前进行系统性的测试和验证,减少试错成本,提高研发效率.

Abstract

Regenerative heaters face challenges in operation and control.Traditional heating furnace operation usually relies on manual inter-vention,which suffers from unstable operation,low efficiency and high risk of accidents.The application of intelligent control systems is one of the modern trends in industrial automation.To address the challenges,researchers have begun to seek intelligent control system applications to improve the performance,safety and efficiency of thermal storage heating furnaces.Intelligent control systems are able to monitor the fur-nace status in real time,automatically adjust the operating parameters,identify potential faults and take corresponding measures to improve the system's adaptability and stability.Therefore,the simulation study of the intelligent control system of thermal storage heating furnace has be-come an important part of promoting the efficiency and quality of industrial production.It systematically evaluates the working principle of the thermal storage heating furnace and the control difficulties,discusses the optimized control principle and realization method of the heating fur-nace,and finally introduces the intelligent control system scheme of the heating furnace,which helps engineers and researchers to carry out systematic testing and validation,reduce the trial-and-error cost,and improve the efficiency of research and development before practical ap-plication.
