Research on Computer-based Combustion Process Control System of Thermal Storage Heating Furnace
With the continuous growth of industrial production and energy demand,the industrial field is undergoing great changes.In this context,the design and operation of heat treatment and heating furnaces become critical,as they directly affect the efficiency and environmen-tal sustainability of the production process.Regenerative heating furnace is an important equipment in heat treatment industry,widely used in steel,non-ferrous metals and other industries.The control of combustion process is very important for product quality,energy efficiency and environmental protection.In this paper,the combustion process control system of regenerative heating furnace based on computer is deeply studied and analyzed.The structure and characteristics of regenerative heating furnace are discussed,the combustion control strategy of regen-erative heating furnace is analyzed,and the design method of regenerative heating furnace based on computer control is introduced from the de-sign of temperature feedforward double cross limiting combustion control system and slab temperature prediction model,which can help indus-trial enterprises to cope with the changing industrial requirements and environmental regulations and promote the sustainable development of heat treatment industry.
