Improved Adaptive Genetic Algorithm for Superheated Steam Temperature Control of Waste Heat Boiler
The temperature of superheated steam in waste heat boilers is often affected by various disturbances and uncertain factors, resulting in significant temperature fluctuations and difficulty in achieving stable control. Therefore,an improved adaptive genetic algorithm based su-perheated steam temperature control method for waste heat boilers is proposed.Using the superheated steam temperature and boiler load pa-rameters to define the control equation for the superheated steam temperature of the waste heat boiler,an improved adaptive genetic algorithm is introduced.By adaptively adjusting the crossover and mutation probabilities, the convergence speed of the genetic algorithm is improved, and the optimal fitness function is obtained. It is substituted into the control equation for the superheated steam temperature of the waste heat boiler to achieve the optimal control of the steam temperature.Through comparative experimental verification,it was found that the conver-gence performance of this method is good. The overshoot for controlling the superheated steam temperature of the waste heat boiler is 2.6℃,and the response speed is 1.8 seconds. This proves that the method has good stability and accuracy for controlling the superheated steam tem-perature of the waste heat boiler.
