Optimization of Sealing Device Structure for Rotary Furnace Used in Lithium Battery Materials
In recent years,with the rise and rapid expansion of the new energy lithium battery industry,sealed rotary furnaces have been wide-ly used in various production processes of lithium battery materials.As an important component of rotary furnace equipment,the performance of the sealing device directly determines the process stability of the equipment.In recent years,a graphite ring axial compression sealing struc-ture has emerged,and through rapid technological iteration optimization,it has now developed into a new type of rotary furnace sealing struc-ture.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the current axial compression sealing structure of graphite rings,it proposes an optimized and improved structural scheme,which solves the problems of strict machining accuracy,difficult installation and debugging of sealing devices,poor sealing surface adhesion effect,and easy oxidation of graphite materials.Through practice and comparative testing data,it has been found that the new sealing structure significantly improves the sealing performance of various aspects,greatly enhancing the seal-ing,durability,stability,and maintainability of the sealing device,laying a foundation for further improving the technology level of rotary fur-naces for lithium battery materials.
