Research on Remote Integrated Control System of Industrial Furnace Based on Internet
With the continuous development of science and technology,Internet technology has made remarkable breakthroughs and applica-tions in various fields.As a key energy conversion equipment,industrial furnace plays a vital role in the production process.In the past dec-ades,the control system of industrial furnace has been in a state of continuous evolution and innovation.Traditional control methods are diffi-cult to adapt to the modern industrial requirements for efficiency,energy utilization and safety.The emergence of Internet-based remote inte-grated control systems has brought new possibilities for the management and operation of industrial furnaces.The meaning of remote control in industrial furnace temperature control and control principles is firstly introduced,discuss the principles of predictive control and particle swarm optimization algorithms as well as methods,and introduce the specific hardware and software in the hope of real-time monitoring of industrial furnaces,remote operation and intelligent scheduling,which greatly improves the system's flexibility and responsiveness,so as to achieve the overall monitoring and management of the whole life cycle of industrial furnaces,and to help boost the development of the iron and steel indus-try.
