PLC-based Heating Furnace Temperature Control System Research
With the rapid development of global industry,heating furnaces are widely used in many industries such as metal smelting,glass manufacturing,ceramic production and so on.In these industrial processes,the accurate control of the temperature in the heating furnace is crucial to the molding,performance and quality of the product,and the traditional temperature control methods can no longer meet the require-ments of modern industry for high precision and high performance.Automation technology continues to progress,control systems based on pro-grammable logic controllers have been widely used in various fields.Heating furnace temperature control system is important to ensure the sta-bility of the production process and product quality.It is based on exploring the structure of the heating furnace and the heating process,analy-zing the problems of the heating furnace temperature control,and temperature control system design and analysis,aims to introduce advanced control algorithms and technologies,so as to realize the heating furnace temperature of accurate,real-time regulation,in order to improve pro-duction efficiency,reduce energy waste,and to ensure the consistency of the product in the production process and quality.
