Research on Computer Control Technology in Blast Furnace Smelting Process in Iron and Steel Mills
The iron and steel industry has always been one of the pillar industries in the national economy,and blast furnace smelting,as the core link of iron and steel production,has a direct impact on the efficiency and quality of the whole industrial chain.The traditional blast fur-nace smelting process mainly relies on manual operation and experience accumulation,however,this approach is not satisfactory in the face of increasingly complex and efficient requirements of modern steel production.The introduction of computer control technology has brought new possibilities for blast furnace smelting,through real-time monitoring,data analysis,etc.,to regulate the furnace temperature more accurately,and make the production process more refined and automated.This paper focuses on the design of blast furnace smelting computer control,an-alyses the blast furnace smelting process and combustion principle,explores the smelting combustion fuzzy decoupling control method,and in-troduces the specific hardware and software design,hoping to provide strong theoretical support and practical guidance for the further develop-ment of computer control technology in blast furnace smelting to further enhance the core competitiveness of China's iron and steel industry,and also to contribute to the innovation and progress of the blast furnace smelting technology in the global scope.It also contributes to the inno-vation and progress of blast furnace smelting technology on a global scale.
