热风炉智能控制的发展是在社会对可持续发展和高效能源利用的迫切需求下,结合了工业自动化和先进控制技术的产物.面临日益严峻的能源和环境问题,各行各业都在寻求降低能源消耗和减少环境排放的途径.热风炉作为能源消耗较大的设备,通过智能控制系统可以更精细地调控燃烧过程,通过热风炉智能控制系统可以与其他生产设备集成,实现生产线的自动协同操作,提高整体生产效率.以燃煤热风炉作为分析对象,对其工作原理以及燃烧流程进行讨论,并基于模糊PID控制器进行热风炉燃烧控制系统设计,建立Simulink仿真环境对结果进行检验.通过智能控制,热风炉的运行可以更加智能高效,降低企业的能源成本,提高生产过程的经济效益,符合现代工业的发展趋势.
Research on Intelligent Control System of Hot Blast Stove Based on ARM
The development of intelligent control of hot blast stove is the product of combining industrial automation and advanced control tech-nology under the urgent need of society for sustainable development and efficient energy utilization.Facing the increasingly severe energy and environmental problems,all walks of life are seeking ways to reduce energy consumption and reduce environmental emissions.As a device with large energy consumption,hot blast stove can regulate the combustion process more precisely through the intelligent control system.Through the intelligent control system of hot blast stove,it can be integrated with other production equipment to realize the automatic cooperative opera-tion of the production line and improve the overall production efficiency.Coal-fired hot blast stove is taken as the analysis object,its working principle and combustion process are discussed,and the combustion control system of hot blast stove is designed based on fuzzy PID control-ler,and Simulink simulation environment is established to test the results.Through intelligent control,the operation of hot blast stove can be more intelligent and efficient,reduce the energy cost of enterprises,improve the economic efficiency of the production process,and meet the development trend of modern industry.
