摘要

西门子驱动控制器G120特点是拖动感应电机的各种标准应用,这些应用对电机的转速动态性能要求不太高,适用于复杂应用场合,故在电机控制领域具有较高控制性能和较好性价比,其自身具备多种控制算法实现电机的不同工艺要求,工业炉设备用于垂直进出料的吊具采用G120驱动器控制,实现速度控制和定位控制,应用G120驱动器带编码器矢量控制和基本定位器(EPOS)功能实现吊具工艺要求.对工业炉吊具工作原理,驱动系统设计,G120驱动控制器调试进行了说明,并且附加了现场调试实际测试数据和曲线,通过测试数据表明G120驱动控制器可以满足工业炉吊具的工艺要求.

Abstract

The characteristic of Siemens drive controller G120 is various standard applications for dragging induction motors,which do not re-quire high dynamic performance of motor speed and are suitable for complex application scenarios.Therefore,it has high control performance and good cost-effectiveness in the field of motor control.It has multiple control algorithms to meet the different process requirements of the mo-tor.The lifting tool used for vertical feeding and discharging in industrial furnace equipment is controlled by G120 driver to achieve speed con-trol and positioning control.G120 driver with encoder vector control and basic locator(EPOS)function is used to meet the lifting tool process requirements.It explains the working principle,drive system design,debugging,etc.of industrial furnace lifting equipment.And it also in-cludes on-site debugging actual test data and curves,test data shows that the G120 drive controller can meet the process requirements of indus-trial furnace lifting equipment.
