摘要

CO2缓冲罐腔体作为船上循环供液系统的重要组成部分.为了保证其能为系统提供稳定的工质流动,需要对缓冲罐腔体进行持续稳定地加热.基于传热原理,建立气体缓冲罐的传热数学模型.根据加热仿真分析与计算的结果,设计开发了一套能满足工作环境要求且能对气体缓冲罐稳定地加热的柔性加热器.针对潮湿、高盐雾环境下电加热器的分析与设计经验为其他有类似场景的加热产品开发提供了参考与借鉴,同时相关的研究与分析方法具有普遍适用性,可延伸至其他研究对象.

Abstract

The CO2 buffer tank chamber is an important part of the circulating fluid supply system on board.In order to ensure that it can pro-vide a stable mass flow for the system,the buffer tank cavity needs to be heated continuously and steadily.In this paper,the mathematical model of heat transfer of the gas buffer tank is established based on the heat transfer principle.Based on the results of heating simulation anal-ysis and calculation,a flexible heater is designed and developed to meet the requirements of the working environment and to provide stable heating of the gas buffer tank.The analysis and design experience for electric heaters in humid and high salt spray environment provides refer-ence and reference for other heating products with similar scenarios,and the related research and analysis methods are generally applicable and can be extended to other research objects.
