国际大型综合体育赛事抵离保障中信息管理系统技术应用研究——以北京冬奥会抵离信息保障为例

随着大型体育赛事规模的逐渐增大、复杂程度不断提高,传统的赛事抵离组织方式已难以适应当前的发展趋势.现代信息技术改变了传统的抵离组织方式,能够为赛事提供先进、高效的保障服务,提高各类数据的准确性和及时性,有效提升赛事筹办质量.文章通过阐述当前国内外大型体育赛事抵离信息管理现状,从用户分类、信息流转、展示形式等方面介绍了一种抵离信息管理系统设计方案,方案在北京冬奥会赛事保障期间得到实践检验.就系统保障情况、性能评估等方面进行了总结,针对系统建设运行有关经验和启示进行了分享,可为有关学者在未来进一步开展抵离信息管理系统研究提供思路.
Research on the Application of Information Management System Technology in Ensuring the Arrivals and Departures Quality of International Comprehensive Sports Games:A Case Study on the Arrival and Departure Services of Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games
With the gradual increase in the scale and complexity of comprehensive sports games,the traditional approach to organizing the arrivals and departures of the games'participants has become difficult to adapt to current development trends.Modern information technology has changed the traditional way of the operation of the arrivals and departures,providing advanced and efficient services for the games,so as to improve the accuracy and timeliness of various data and effectively improve the quality of games preparation.The article expounds the current situation of arrival and departure information management of comprehensive sports events at home and abroad,and introduces a design scheme of arrival and departure information management system from the aspects of user classification,information flow,and display form.The scheme is tested in practice during period of the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games.In this article,the system service situation and performance evaluation are summarized,and the relevant experiences and enlightenment of system construction and operation are shared,which can provide ideas for scholars to further carry out the research of arrival and departure information management system in the future.
