摘要

链轮轴组是机械设备中核心的零部件之一,主要用于在链传动系统中承载和传递动力.在机械设备的运行中,由于和链条的啮合摩擦等原因,链轮牙会因磨损、断链等原因失效.传统的链轮轴组只能通过拆卸链轮轴组,整体更换链轮片的方式才能更换链轮牙,拆装工作量大,效率低,且对装配环境、工装要求较高.因此,本文提出了一种新型模块化快装组合式链轮轴组的设计,并通过有限元分析,校验设计可靠性,能够有效实现快速更换链轮轴组更换失效链轮牙的要求,降低工人劳动强度、提高维护保养效率、降低备件、维修成本的要求.

Abstract

Sprocket shaft group is one of the core parts in mechanical equipment,which is mainly used to carry and transmit power in chain transmission system.In the operation of mechanical equipment,sprocket teeth will fail due to wear and chain breakage due to meshing friction with chain and other reasons.The traditional sprocket shaft group can only replace the sprocket teeth by disassembling the sprocket shaft group and replacing the sprocket blade as a whole,which has a large workload,low efficiency and high requirements for assembly environment and tooling.Therefore,this paper puts forward the design of a new modular quick-assembly combined sprocket shaft group,and verifies the reliability of the design through finite element analysis,which can effectively meet the requirements of quickly replacing the sprocket shaft group to replace the failed sprocket teeth,reduce the labor intensity of workers,improve the maintenance efficiency,and reduce the requirements of spare parts and maintenance costs.
