A Review of the Analysis of Factors Affecting Dental Implants in the Maxillary Sinus
In order to shorten the optimal interval of the second-stage implantation of maxillary sinus implants and improve the success rate of maxillary sinus implants, this paper summarizes the factors affecting maxillary sinus implants, and comprehensively discusses the biomechanical factors affecting maxillary sinus implants from the aspects of implant size, implant process simulation and bone powder amount.Reasonable selection of implants according to the residual height of alveolar bone can make implants obtain better initial stability. The ideal bone grafting material can increase the combination of bone powder and implant, and the optimal second-stage implantation time can be determined by simulating and analyzing the implantation process.Considering the implant size, appropriate restoration time and biomechanical simulation comprehensively,it provides a research basis for doctors to choose the appropriate implant size and determine the appropriate restoration time.
