介绍了 一种存储模块的设计方法.这种存储速模块基于SM2246EN主控为核心,支持SATA3.0,传输速率6 Gb/s.该款主控低功耗,支持四路通道、外置缓存,支持SLC、MLC等闪存颗粒.该模块专为用户提供高速数据读写而设计.
Abstract
This paper introduces a design method of memory module.This storange module is based on the SM2246EN master,support SATA3.0,transmission rate 6 Gb/s.The master control has low power consumption,Support four channels,external cache,SLC,MLC and other flash particles.Specially designed for users to read and write high-speed data.
