反射面激光靶标维护机器人研究综述

FAST(500米口径球面射电望远镜)稳定运行离不开测量系统的支撑,激光靶标作为反射面测量的基本硬件之一,需要进行维护.反射面激光靶标维护机器人对FAST反射面上激光靶标进行维护、更换和调整等.反射面激光靶标维护机器人项目在研发过程中,取得了多项创新成果.成功解决了在轻薄大坡度反射面上载重移动、精确定位及狭小空间侧向旋拧非标件的拆装等难题.但在实际应用中发现还存在一些不足,需要进一步研发和解决.
Summary of Research on Laser Target Maintenance Robot with Reflective Surface
The FAST(Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope)can not work without the support of mea-surement.As one of the basic hardware for reflective surface measurement,laser targets need to be maintained.The re-flective surface laser target maintenance robot performs maintenance,replacement,and adjustment of laser targets on FAST reflective surfaces.During the research and development process of the reflective surface laser target maintenance robot project,some innovative achievements have been achieved.It was successfully solved the problems of loading and moving,precise positioning,and lateral screwing of non-standard parts in a narrow space on a thin and large slope reflective sur-face.However,in practical applications,there still have some shortcomings that need to be developed and resolve.
