Design and Implementation of Intelligent Liquid Separation System Based on Zynq
Liquid separation is a common step in the extraction of liquid mixtures in pharmaceutical and chemical com-panies.The"CMOS+CPU"or"CMOS+MCU"scheme used in the traditional liquid separation design currently has the prob-lems of large power consumption and limited application scenarios,so this paper proposes a liquid separation system scheme based on machine vision,using InGaAs image sensor and Zynq development board to complete image acquisition and algorithm acceleration implementation on hardware circuit.The scheme focuses on the different gray values of different liquids under infrared imaging,processes the position information of the mixed liquid interface through the algorithm,includ-ing image noise preprocessing,and performs target detection and tracking for the falling liquid interface.The system illus-trates an example of the combination of machine vision and hardware circuits to achieve automatic control during the sep-aration of mixed liquids,improve production efficiency,and ensure safe production.
