摘要

为解决铁路接触网施工人工复核测量带来的人工成本高、体力劳动繁重、检测效率低、测量精度差的痛点问题,设计了一种搭载三维激光雷达、接触网几何参数测量等模块的基于公铁两用自行走车的电气化铁路限界检测装置.实现了多控制方式、多施工环境下,铁路沿线接触网相关装备各项限界参数的实时测量、与理论值的复核分析以及沿线装备三维建模.该装置提升了测量效率、精度及限界参数可视化效果,可减少测量人员60%以上,提高整体测量效率70%.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of high labor cost,heavy manual labor,low detection efficiency and poor mea-surement accuracy caused by manual review and measurement of railway catenary construction,this paper designs an elec-trified railway gauge detection device based on road-rail dual-purpose self-propelled vehicle equipped with three-dimension-al lidar,catenary geometric parameter measurement and other modules.The real-time measurement of the gauge parameters of the catenary related equipment along the railway,the review analysis with the theoretical value and the three-dimensional modeling of the equipment along the line are realized under the multi-control mode and multi-construction environment.The device improves the visualization effect of measurement efficiency,accuracy and clearance parameters,which can reduce the measurement personnel by more than 60%and improve the overall measurement efficiency by 70%.
