Design of Sun Tracking System Based on 4-stage Slope Photoelectric Sensor
To improve the lighting efficiency of solar energy utilization devices,a 4-stage sloping quadrangular prism photoelectric sensor was designed,and its tracking range and accuracy were analyzed.Based on this,the hardware and software parts of the solar tracking system were designed.The experimental results show that the tracking range of the photoelectric sensor coarse tracking device far exceeds the summer when the azimuth and altitude angles have the largest variation range in a year,and can meet the needs of tracking the sun in a wide range of altitude and azimuth angles.By designing the software process and adopting a 5-minute cycle of angle correction,it can meet the tracking accuracy re-quirements of the precision tracking device.Through comparative experiments of light intensity,it was verified that the day-lighting efficiency of the solar energy utilization device in the coarse and fine tracking modes of the solar tracking system was 57.02%higher than that in the sleep mode.
