基于STM32的电机实时状态监测系统设计

针对电机发生故障无法精准定位这一问题,设计一款基于STM32F407的电机状态监测系统.首先,系统利用加速度传感器ADXL345与温度传感器DS18B20采集振动信号和温度信号;其次,将预处理后的数据通过快速傅里叶变换得到相应的频域数据;最后,将全部数据通过串口传输到屏幕上进行显示.实验结果表明:系统具有良好的实用性,不仅能够实时采集电机运行状态,还能将数据以直观的形式显示,以便工作人员随时查看.
Design of Realtime Condition Monitoring System of Motor Based on STM32
Aiming at the problem that the motor can not accurately locate the fault,this paper designs a motor condition monitoring system based on STM32F407.Firstly,the system uses acceleration sensor ADXL345 and temperature sensor DS18B20 to collect vibration and temperature signals.Secondly,the preprocessed data is obtained by fast Fourier transform in the frequency domain.Finally,all the data is transmitted to the screen through the serial port for display.The experimen-tal results show that the system has good practicability.It can not only collect the running state of the motor in real time,but also display the data in an intuitive form,so that the staff can see it at any time.
