基于STM8单片机的日光温室平板车控制系统设计

由于日光温室中空间狭小,一般的运输货物小车很难进入,传统运输日光温室中的蔬菜采用人力推行小型平板车,这种车体积小,能够灵活出入日光温室进行货物运输,缺点是人工推行费力,且每次运出的果蔬数量较少,如果遇上采摘高峰很难满足运输需求,因此急需开发一款能够运输货物量大的运输车.为此开发出一款基于STM8单片机的的日光温室的多功能平板运输车,此平板运输车即能够像普通的电动平板车一样进行人工驾驶,还能够由人工开到 日光温室专用轨道进行遥控正转启动、反转启动、停止、加速、减速等控制,能够用于日光温室运输果蔬.
Greenhouse Flat Transport Vehicle Control System Based on STM8 Microcontroller
Due to the limited space in the sunlight greenhouse,it is difficult for ordinary transportation trucks to enter.Traditional transportation of vegetables in the sunlight greenhouse uses manual small flatbed trucks,which have a small volume and can flexibly enter and exit the greenhouse for cargo transportation.The disadvantage is that manual transporta-tion is labor-intensive,and the number of fruits and vegetables transported each time is relatively small,making it difficult to meet transportation needs during peak picking periods,Therefore,there is an urgent need to develop a transport vehicle that can transport a large amount of goods.This paper introduces a multifunctional flat transport vehicle for solar green-houses based on the STM8 microcontroller.This flat transport vehicle can be manually driven like a regular electric flat car,and can also be manually driven to the dedicated track of the solar greenhouses for remote control of forward start,re-verse start,stop,acceleration,deceleration,and other controls,It can be used for transporting fruits and vegetables in solar greenhouse and also for spray in solar greenhouse.
