摘要

广泛应用于工业领域的SCADA系统具有多种实现方式.介绍了一种基于移动通信网络,适用于多种终端类型的SCADA系统.主站由云服务器、数据库和SCADA软件构成.终端站由现场数据源和数据传输单元构成.现场数据源包括可编程逻辑控制器、数据采集器和组态软件等多种类型,采用标准通信协议通过数据传输单元接入互联网并与主站建立通信,实现主站对终端站的数据采集.系统具有高可靠、低成本和易扩展的特点,对SCADA系统建设的方案选择和技术实现具有参考价值.

Abstract

SCADA systems widely used in the industrial field have multiple implementation methods.This paper intro-duces a SCADA system based on mobile communication networks that is suitable for various terminal types.The main sta-tion consists of cloud server,database,and SCADA software.The terminal station is composed of on-site data source and data transfer unit.The on-site data sources include various types such as programmable logic controllers,data collectors,and configuration software.They use standard communication protocols to connect to the Internet through data transfer units and establish communication with the main station,achieving data collection from the main station to the terminal station.The system has the characteristics of high reliability,low cost,and easy scalability,which has reference value for the scheme selection and technical implementation of SCADA system construction.
