Design and Practice of Intelligent Workshop-level Industrial Internet Platform
Based on technologies such as edge computing and artificial intelligence,a set of system architecture,com-munication architecture and hardware architecture of workshop level Industrial Internet platform are designed to build a flexi-ble,secure and intelligent Industrial Internet platform.Then,three key technologies are proposed including industrial protocol adaptation based on microservices architecture,real-time processing of industrial data based on streaming computing,and dynamic loading of industrial mechanism models based on the container technology.The system has been successfully de-ployed in a real-world production workshop,effectively solving major problems such as industrial data collection,storage,and analysis,achieving the effects of state perception,real-time analysis,scientific decision-making,and precise execution.
