为了便于管理人员及时准确地采集到用户电能消耗数据,提高工作效率,基于嵌入式与NB-IoT物联网技术,设计出一种无线抄表系统,能够实时采集和监测用户用电情况.该系统以低功耗的STM32系列微控制器作为主控芯片,利用RS485接口的Modbus-RTU通信协议采集电能信息;运用RFID无线射频识别技术进行Mifare卡识别,读取用户信息.基于BC35-G通信模块结合UART串口及AT指令,建立起主控芯片与华为云平台的联系,利用4G网络传输的MQTT通信协议将采集到的数据上传至华为云平台,提高了数据传输的实时性和可靠性,为实现及时准确地采集用户电能消耗数据,提供了解决方案.
Design and Implementation of NB-IoT-based Wireless Meter Reading System
In order to facilitate managers to collect timely and accurate data on users'electricity consumption and im-prove work efficiency,this paper designs a wireless meter reading system based on embedded and NB-IoT IoT technolo-gy,which can collect and monitor users'electricity consumption in real time.The system uses a low-power STM32 series microcontroller as the main control chip,and uses the Modbus-RTU communication protocol with RS485 interface to collect electrical energy information.It uses RFID wireless radio frequency identification technology for Mifare card identification and reads user information.Based on BC35-G communication module combined with UART serial port and AT command to es-tablish the connection between the main control chip and Huawei cloud platform,the collected data is uploaded to Huawei cloud platform using MQTT communication protocol transmitted by 4G network,which improves the real-time and reliability of data transmission and provides a solution to realise timely and accurate collection of users'power consumption data.
