In order to achieve low probability detection communication,this paper proposes a design scheme for low probability detection signals.The scheme combines symbol spreading and double layers multiple parameters weighted-type fractional Fourier transform to generate a signal with strong covertness.Simulation experiments demonstrate that the covert signal generated by the proposed scheme has strong covertness in both time domain,frequency domain and statistical do-main,and also has good reliability at low signal-to-noise ratio.
