针对工程领域对振动监测的迫切需求,设计了一款基于MEMS的振动倾角一体机.该设备集振动采集、处理与传输于一体,兼容市电供电和太阳能供电,LoRa无线通信和RJ45有线通信并存,具备体积小、重量轻、成本低、功耗低和可靠性高等特点,可应用于高边坡危岩落石自动化监测等场景.
Design of Vibration and Inclination Monitoring Based on MEMS
To meet the urgent demand for vibration monitoring in the engineering field,a device based on MEMS sensor to measure vibration and inclination is designed.The device integrates acquisition,processing and transmission of vibration.It can be powered by municipal electricity or solar energy.LoRa wireless communication or RJ45 wired communication is employed to transmit data.The characteristics of small size,light weight,low cost,low power consumption,and high relia-bility,which make it can be applied to scenarios such as the automatic monitoring of dangerous rockfalls in high slope.
