Actor-Critic Based Adaptive PID Control System for Tracking and Inspecting Rebar Thread
This paper designs a rebar thread inspection and tracking system based on a synchronous belt linear guide and proposes an Actor-Critic based adaptive PID control method,using reinforcement learning methods to automatically ad-just the PID controller's proportional,integral and differential parameters according to environmental feedback.This paper conducts experiments and analyses the response performance indexes of this method and other PID control methods.The experimental results show that the method can achieve high accuracy and fast response for tracking and shooting,and en-sure high accuracy for wire sleeve head quality inspection.
