永磁同步电机WOA-PI优化控制

永磁同步电机(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor,PMSM)由于具有高效率、结构紧凑、高精度控制等特点,广泛应用于新能源汽车、家用电器、工业设备等领域.但电机运行时会受温度、电流、磁场等影响,导致抗干扰能力不高与动态响应差.为了提高PMSM转速跟踪能力与平稳性,设计一种基于鲸鱼优化算法(WOA)的永磁同步电机PI控制器.在Simulink中建立PMSM模型,以PI速度环为基础,分别使用传统PI控制与WOA-PI控制.通过仿真对比,在电机空载启动与转速信号变化的情况下,WOA-PI具有更好的稳定性与响应性.
Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)is widely used in new energy vehicles,household appliances,industrial equipment and other fields due to its high efficiency,compact structure and high precision control.However,the motor will be affected by temperature,current,magnetic field and so on during operation,resulting in low anti-interference ability and poor dynamic response.In order to improve the speed tracking ability and stability of PMSM,a PI controller based on whale optimization algorithm(WOA)is designed in this paper.The PMSM model was established in Simulink.Based on PI velocity loop,traditional PI control and WOA-PI control are used respectively.Through simulation comparison,WOA-PI has better stability and responsiveness when the motor starts without load and the speed signal changes.
