摘要

蒸汽发生器是核电站主系统的关键设备之一,根据规范要求,需要采用氦检漏对蒸汽发生器传热管进行检查.为了实现传热管泄漏定量与定位检测,采用C/S架构结合数据库技术以及WPF呈现技术,开发了蒸汽发生器传热管的氦检漏采集分析软件.根据传热管泄漏原理及特点,从时间与流量角度优化了泄漏定位公式.为了验证算法可靠性,开展了泄漏定量与定位试验.试验结果表明,平均泄漏定量误差范围均小于±0.2 N·cm3·h-1;泄漏定位公式优化前平均定位误差范围均小于±1.0 m,泄漏定位公式优化后平均定位误差范围均小于±0.3 m.所开发的氦检漏采集分析软件可以满足蒸汽发生器传热管的氦检漏定量与定位要求.

Abstract

In order to realize the quantitative and location detection of heat transfer tube leakage,the helium leak detec-tion acquisition and analysis software of steam generator heat transfer tube is developed by using C/S architecture com-bined with database technology and WPF presentation technology in this paper.According to the leakage characteristics of the heat transfer tube,the leakage location formula was optimized from the perspective of time and flow.In order to verify the reliability of the algorithm,leak quantification and location tests were carried out.The test results show that the average leakage quantification error range is less than±0.2 N·cm3·h-1.The average location error range before the leak location for-mula is optimized is less than±1.0 m,and the average location error range after the leak location formula is optimized is less than±0.3 m.The developed helium leak detection acquisition and analysis software can meet the quantitative and po-sitioning requirements of helium leak detection of steam generator heat transfer tubes.
