光诱渔业具有巨大的市场经济效益,尤其是远洋灯光捕捞业体量巨大,渔船数量众多,集鱼灯作为重要的助渔装备之一,实现快速高效集鱼功能.随着新技术的更新与介入,LED集鱼灯(发光二极管集鱼灯,Light Emitting Diode Fish Lamp)是未来渔业装备与工具中最重要的研究方向.LED集鱼灯相较于金卤灯优势巨大,未来LED集鱼灯逐步取代金卤灯是必然趋势.研究通过前期比较,开展外观设计与基本参数设定,通过SMT(表面贴装技术,Surface Mounted Technol-ogy)车间工艺和生产组装车间工艺等设计研究方法,制作出了高功效LED秋刀鱼集鱼灯,并完成对生产成品多层质量检测,高功率和组装式集成模块的设计,使产品更具备发光高效性和容错率.但LED集鱼灯仍在多个交叉学科面临诸多难题,包括散热、安装、集鱼效果等方面需要投入更多的精力去研究.
Analysis of Manufacturing Process of High Efficiency LED Fish Lamps
LED fish traps(light emitting diode fish lamps)are the most important research direction in future fishing e-quipment and tools.Compared to metal halide lamps,LED fish lamps have enormous advantages,and it is an inevitable trend for LED fish lamps to gradually replace metal halide lamps in the future.Through preliminary comparison,the study carried out appearance design and basic parameter setting.Through design and research methods such as SMT(Surface Mounted Technology)workshop process and production assembly workshop process,a high-efficiency LED autumn knife fish collection lamp was produced,and multi-layer quality inspection of finished products,as well as the design of high-power and assembled integrated modules,were completed,making the product more luminous and fault-tolerant.However,LED fish collecting lamps still face many challenges in multiple interdisciplinary fields,including heat dissipation,installation,and fish collecting effects,which require more effort to be invested in research.
