Research on VIN Code Recognition Method of Two-wheeled Vehicle Based on MES
In order to improve the efficiency of vehicle assembly and solve the problem of obtaining VIN code in the production process of vehicle assembly,this paper combines with the characteristics of the existing production process of two-wheeled vehicles,and proposes a method of recognizing vehicle VIN code based on MES software.By using the functions of the existing MES system and adding the corresponding error-proof algorithm,this method can automatically i-dentify the VIN code of the two-wheel vehicle without hardware transformation of the assembly plate chain line and without increasing the operating workload of the production personnel,achieving a good effect.
