针对电气设计过程中检查效率低下、易受个人经验影响等问题,结合Python编程技术,设计实现了一套基于E-plan导出报表的自动化检查工具.通过对Eplan导出的报表进行读取和处理,该工具可以根据预定义的规则进行检查,并输出可能存在的设计错误.与传统的人工查图相比,该工具可以减少因个人原因出现的漏洞和错误,提高设计准确率.结果表明,该工具可以帮助工程师快速、准确地进行电气图纸设计检查和减少检查工作量.
Design and Implementation of Eplan Reports Assisted Checking Based on Python
This paper addresses issues related to low inspection efficiency and susceptibility to personal experience in the electrical design process.By combining Python programming technology,a set of automated inspection tools is designed and implemented based on Eplan exported reports.By reading and processing Eplan exported reports,this tool can perform checks according to predefined rules and output possible design errors.Compared with traditional manual inspection meth-ods,this tool can reduce errors and omissions due to personal reasons,improving design accuracy.Results show that this tool can help engineers conduct electrical drawing design checks more quickly and accurately,reducing inspection workload.
